Every crop we grow and supply is certified under Australia's strict organic accreditation framework. We undergo annual third-party audits to verify our soil, water, inputs, and harvesting methods comply with national and international organic standards. Our certification covers not just cultivation but also our post-harvest handling, storage, and distribution processes — ensuring the integrity of your food from field to doorstep. No synthetic chemicals, no GMO seeds, no compromises.
We don't just farm sustainably — we farm regeneratively. Our land management practices actively restore soil carbon, improve water retention, and encourage native biodiversity. Through cover cropping, composting with on-farm organic matter, and strategic rest periods, we continuously improve soil health across our growing blocks. This means our produce is consistently nutrient-dense, flavourful, and grown without depleting the natural systems that future generations will depend upon.
We harvest to order wherever possible — meaning your produce is picked within 24–48 hours of delivery. Our short supply chain removes the storage delays, gas-ripening, and handling damage common in supermarket produce. You receive vegetables and fruit at peak nutritional value and flavour. Each delivery includes a harvest card with picking dates, variety names, and growing notes, so you know exactly what you're eating and where it came from.
We're committed to reducing plastic waste at every stage of our packaging and delivery process. Our boxes are made from recycled cardboard, our inserts are compostable, and we use beeswax wraps and paper bags instead of cling film. Customers on our subscription plans can return packaging for reuse. We also offset the carbon footprint of every delivery through verified Australian carbon credit projects — so your order doesn't just nourish you, it gives back to the environment.
We publish our supplier list, farming records, and input registers on our website and include QR-coded provenance cards in every order. Customers can scan to view the paddock location, variety planted, organic inputs used, harvest date, and handling records for each product batch. We believe in radical food transparency — because trust is built through openness, not just branding. Our traceability system also helps us identify and improve areas quickly if quality falls short of our own standards.
We collaborate with a network of independent certified organic growers across NSW and Victoria, offering them fair, above-market prices and guaranteed seasonal contracts. This model supports small-scale farmers, promotes agricultural diversity, and ensures our customers can access a wider variety of organic produce year-round. A portion of every subscription fee is directed into a community fund supporting urban food gardens, school nutrition programs, and regional grower training initiatives.
